For all my yogis out there facing back problems (pain, struggle, stiffness or tension). You are taking the first step in your healing journey. After a major back surgery (Anterior/Posterior Fusion)...I'm living proof that a yoga practice can help heal our pain we face every day. Trusting, believing and respecting that our bodies can heal itself.
When you join me during class you will be greeted with open arms and an open heart. I will take you on a journey during your practice that will develop strength and flexibility, release tension, increase energy, reduce stress and enhance concentration. I am committed to help you reach full awareness (body, mind, breath & spirit). My goal is to offer a peaceful, devoted and loving practice that will leave my students with an open heart, on and off the mat.
